At Chill & Gather Co., we want your order to reach you as quickly as possible while keeping shipping costs low.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Canada. If you're located outside Canada, please check back soon — we're working on expanding to more countries.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5 to 15 business days:
- Majority of orders: 5–11 business days
- Some orders: 12–13 business days
- A smaller number of orders: 14–15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays can happen due to customs, weather, or carrier volume, and we appreciate your patience.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
