Our Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your Chill & Gather Co. order. Here's how we handle issues:
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a full refund or a free replacement — no return shipping required.
Change of Mind
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll offer a refund or store credit. We do not require the item to be shipped back to us.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at chillandgatherco.help@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Most requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but the Change of Mind policy above still applies.
